Aliando emerged from the merger of two industry leaders—Henson Group and myCloudDoor—each with strong reputations and deep expertise across Microsoft Cloud solutions. But with such a broad spectrum of services—spanning Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, SAP on Azure, and Managed Services—the sheer scale of their offering risked diluting the bigger picture. The brand lacked a unified story that reflected its new global identity.

Our role was to cut through that complexity and create a single, cohesive narrative that positioned Aliando not just as a collection of services, but as a trusted Microsoft Solutions Partner driving enterprise transformation worldwide. To get there, we immersed ourselves in Aliando’s ecosystem—diving deep into their portfolio, culture, and vision—to shape a strategy and identity as bold and unified as the company itself.

Designing the Identity Framework for a Global Microsoft Partner

We began by diving deep into Aliando’s world—interviewing stakeholders, exploring partner perspectives, and mapping the competitive landscape. Paired with visual benchmarking and data analysis, this research gave us a clear understanding of Aliando’s ecosystem and the challenges of communicating such a vast portfolio of Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Guided by a user-centered approach, we translated these insights into personas, value propositions, and messaging foundations that would shape the new brand identity. The goal was simple yet complex: capture Aliando’s scale and expertise while making their story approachable, cohesive, and global.

The creative challenge lay in uniting a broad spectrum of services—Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, SAP on Azure, and Managed Services—under one strong identity. Our solution was a visual and verbal system that balances sophistication with clarity: modular, modern, and flexible enough to reflect both technical excellence and human-centric values.
